AI-native work is work where the human role shifts from doing every task to directing, judging, improving and orchestrating AI-enabled outcomes.
AI-native work assumes AI agents in the loop by default. The human contribution moves up the value chain — setting direction, applying judgement, handling exceptions and owning outcomes — rather than performing every step by hand.
