Agent Boss Score
The Agent Boss Score is the readiness standard that powers the AI-Readiness Passport: a 0-100 measure of AI-readiness across people, teams and organisations, weighted by the verified evidence behind it.
The Agent Boss Score (ABS) measures readiness across six dimensions — AI literacy, management capability, strategic thinking, domain expertise, personality and communication — and weights every score by how much verified evidence stands behind it.
Unlike self-reported AI fluency, ABS is built on evidence and benchmarked by industry, role and experience level.
