Value Flow
A value flow is the movement of work, data and decisions across the activities that create business outcomes — the AI-native replacement for the department lens.
Where an org chart shows reporting lines, a value flow shows how outcomes are actually produced — the chain of activities, hand-offs and decisions that deliver value. It is a core primitive of the Frontier Atlas, and the lens through which agent fleets and human orchestration are placed.
